When we joined the YUL project, our first step was to go over the many documents and plans with a fine tooth comb. Our team of designers sought to consolidate the information in all the documents to ensure that we respected the vision of Brivia and MSDL architects. We created an interactive file for meetings with buyers so they could consult the documents on site with Magil Construction.. Relievedof the project management duties, the contractor and developer were free to concentrate on what they do best: building and developing.
Clairoux then created an on-site design centre in the sales office for one-on-one meetings with each of the 400 buyers in phase 1.. Our team of professional interior designers advised buyers in their choice of finishes, and took the time to explain the unit plans in detail.
An International Influence in Montreal
Named for the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport code, the YUL project was designed with jet setters in mind. The project combines the comforts of home with the luxury of a fine hotel.. Its reputation is built on its amenities: an indoor pool, several spas, a sky lounge on the 38th floor and a private gym.. The finishings were carefully selected to showcase the building’s minimalist architecture.. Engineered hardwood floors reflect the warmth and light that streams in through the curtain-wall windows. Ceramic tile and mosaics inspired by natural stone from Carreaux Métroadd refined accents to the bathrooms and powder rooms. Kitchens designed by Scavolini, with integrated appliances and Caesarstone quartz countertops, add a distinctly European flair to the living space.
Every detail was carefully curated to create a space that is both functional and appealing, and—above all—comfortable.
