Groupe Proment, a prominent Nuns’ Island developer, built Club Marin in the early ’90s.. One of the area’s biggest buildings, it provides a breathtaking view of Montreal, the river, the lake and wooded areas on Nuns’ Island.
Clairoux: Modernizing an Emblematic Building
But after 30 years, the building needed a facelift. Thecondo association engaged Clairoux to restore Club Marin’s cachet and increase the building’s value.
Along with his team of designers, Frédric Clairoux presented a new design inspired by the complex’s foundational values and the St. Lawrence, and reworked the branding to elevate the building’s reputation.
A Branded Design
From the entrance to the hallways, the brand comes through in the detailing on the ceiling and the subdued lighting. It’s also prominent on accessories also towels and communication materials (business card,. logo and signage). The elegant details create a sense of harmony, relaxation and well-being Residents and visitors alike feel that they are part and parcel of the company.We are proud of our participation in this project.
