When we joined the<\/span> YUL project<\/b>, our<\/span> first step<\/b><\/a> was to go over the many documents and plans with a fine tooth comb. Our team of designers sought to consolidate the information in all the documents to ensure that we<\/span> respected the<\/span> vision<\/b> of Brivia<\/b> and<\/span> MSDL architects.<\/b><\/a> We created an interactive file for meetings with <\/span>buyers<\/b> so they could consult the documents on site with<\/span> Magil Construction.<\/b><\/a>. Relieved<\/span>of the project management duties,<\/span> the contractor<\/b> and<\/span> developer<\/b> were free to concentrate on what they do best:<\/b> building and<\/span> developing<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clairoux<\/b> then<\/span> created an on-site design centre<\/b> in the sales office for one-on-one meetings<\/span> with each of the 400 buyers in phase 1.<\/b>. Our team <\/span>of professional interior designers<\/b> advised buyers in their<\/span> choice of finishes<\/b><\/a>, and took the time to explain the<\/span> unit plans in detail.<\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project combines <\/span>the comforts of home<\/b> with<\/span> the luxury of a fine hotel.<\/b>. Its reputation is built on its amenities: <\/span>an indoor pool, several spas, a sky lounge on the 38<\/b>th<\/b> floor<\/b> and<\/span> a private gym.<\/b>. The <\/span>finishings<\/b><\/a> were carefully selected to showcase the building\u2019s<\/span> minimalist architecture.<\/b>. Engineered hardwood floors reflect the warmth and light that streams in through the curtain-wall windows. Ceramic tile and mosaics inspired by natural stone from <\/span>Carreaux M\u00e9tro<\/b>add refined accents to the bathrooms and powder rooms. Kitchens designed <\/span>by Scavolini<\/b><\/a>, with integrated appliances and<\/span> Caesarstone quartz countertops<\/b><\/a>, add a distinctly<\/span> European flair<\/b> to the living space.<\/span> <\/p>\n
