Groupe<\/span> Proment,<\/span><\/span><\/a> a prominent<\/span><\/span> Nuns\u2019 Island<\/span><\/span> developer<\/span><\/span>, built Club Marin<\/span><\/span> in the early \u201990s.<\/span><\/span>. One of the area\u2019s <\/span><\/span>biggest buildings,<\/span><\/span> it provides<\/span><\/span> a breathtaking view of<\/span><\/span> Montreal<\/span><\/span>, the river, the lake and wooded areas on<\/span><\/span> Nuns\u2019 Island.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Clairoux: Modernizing an Emblematic Building <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

But after 30 years, the building needed a facelift. The<\/span>condo association<\/span><\/b> engaged<\/span> Clairoux<\/span><\/b> to restore<\/span> Club Marin\u2019s<\/span><\/b> cachet<\/span><\/b> and increase the<\/span> building\u2019s value.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Along with his<\/span> team of<\/span><\/a> designers,<\/span> Fr\u00e9dric Clairoux<\/span><\/b><\/a> presented a new design inspired by the complex\u2019s foundational values and the St. Lawrence, and reworked the branding to elevate the building\u2019s reputation.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
