Our designers were tasked with modernizing this residence in the<\/span> Little Burgundy neighbourhood<\/span><\/b> of<\/span> Montreal to the client\u2019s tastes.<\/span><\/b>. This included <\/span>preserving<\/span> the memories<\/span><\/b> attached to this \u201980s build<\/span><\/b> while creating a more<\/span> contemporary interior<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Fotopoulos residence<\/span><\/b> project<\/span> is a point of pride for our firm. Materials painstakingly <\/span>selected<\/span><\/b>by our<\/span>designers<\/span><\/b> , diligent<\/span> execution<\/span><\/b>and realization <\/span>, and meticulously<\/span><\/b> selected<\/span>decor<\/span><\/b> and<\/span> furnishings<\/span><\/b> gave <\/span>this<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>project<\/span><\/b>a unique character. The result is warm, elegant and perfectly aligned with the client\u2019s vision.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

When undertaking a<\/span> renovation<\/span><\/b>, it can be tempting to tear everything out and<\/span> rebuild<\/span><\/b> to achieve a<\/span> modern,<\/span><\/b> streamlined<\/span><\/b> interior.<\/span>. However, it is important to consider the value of <\/span>the original architecture.<\/span><\/b>. It can add <\/span>personality<\/span><\/b> and<\/span> history<\/span><\/b> to a space, in addition to preserving the<\/span> precious memories<\/span><\/b> that were created there.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A Contemporary Design Inspired by High-End Hotels<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lead designer<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> Fr\u00e9dric Clairoux<\/span><\/b><\/a>, oriented<\/span> his design around the concept of<\/span> a high-end hotel<\/span><\/b> while incorporating the client\u2019s need<\/span> to feel at home<\/span><\/b> .<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Along with general contractor<\/span> ETM Construction<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> our team<\/span><\/a> executed this concept by introducing<\/span> chic<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> high-quality materials.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

We were very mindful of<\/span> circulation<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> perspectives<\/span><\/b> and<\/span> volume<\/span><\/b>, as well as<\/span> the client\u2019s lifestyle.<\/span><\/b>. The colour palette for the materials was grey and brown, with pops of colour.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

We used <\/span>stone <\/span><\/b>, wallpaper <\/span>, wood detailing <\/span><\/b>and<\/span> glass <\/span><\/b>to<\/span>highlight <\/span><\/b>the<\/span> texture<\/span> of the materials.<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Using light, subtle colours, we placed volume and materials at the heart of our design. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our<\/span> interior decorator<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> Patrick Robichaud<\/span><\/b><\/a>,<\/span><\/b> then took the helm of the project\u2019s<\/span> furnishing<\/span><\/b> and<\/span> decor based on the initial concept.<\/span><\/b> Working with <\/span>the project designer<\/span><\/a>, he selected<\/span> furniture<\/span><\/b> and<\/span> accessories<\/span><\/b> to harmonize with the subtle<\/span> elegance of the space<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> using decor as a finishing touch<\/span><\/b> Our firm <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

and designers<\/span> were able to<\/span><\/b> unleash<\/span> their creativity<\/span><\/b> in this<\/span> magnificent project.<\/span><\/b> Our client showed his trust in us<\/span> by giving us free rein<\/span><\/b>, which was a real treat!<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
